Oliver Nicoll
Oliver is Director of Research at APIP and Mongolian Properties. Appointed in 2016, he is responsible for the compilation of reports and analysis on Mongolia, and other target markets. Oliver holds Masters degrees from the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge.
