As at 30 June 2016, the Group had completed development of approximately 53,000 sqm inGFA of real estate across five developments in Ulaanbaatar. The Group currently has approximately 38,000 sqm in GFA (comprising approximately 33,000 sqm in GSA) under construction on one site. In addition, the Directors believe that the Group owns through land-use or land-possession rights, acquired over a number of years, a substantial land bank of eight lots in prime locations in and around Ulaanbaatar on which they believe over 450,000 sqm in GFA can be constructed.
We have a strong asset base, which includes one of the largest and most highly valued landbanks in the country and the only cement producing facility in Ulaanbaatar. With Non-Banking Financial Institution lending license, the firm lends funds at up to 4% per month. We are currently one of the largest and most well respected developers in Mongolia with 13 year track record of delivering quality developments to our clients.
In Mongolia, with each new project that the Group undertakes, the Group aims to deliver developments in highly desirable locations and with high quality design, construction and finishing, and seeks to introduce new and innovative concepts to the Mongolian residential property market, both in terms of design and functionality.
